Gas hit $4.10 here today. I don't get it. We are definitely driving less these days.
Being the cynic that I am, I think it will take more than high gas prices to change most people's habits. We Americans are a lazy lot, and most people in the 'burbs live too far from work to realistically commute by bike. Portland has one of the best bicycle infastructures in the country, and still less than 3% ride a bike to work.
